The Egoscue Method is a posture alignment therapy that uses low-impact, corrective exercises to restore the body to its intended, functional alignment, alleviating chronic pain and recurring injury. We analyze your static posture and provide a menu of therapeutic exercises, specifically chosen and sequenced for YOU, with detailed instructions (via email and/or app) using the ePete software to achieve long lasting pain relief and posture correction. It can all be facilitated completely online.

Using the ePete 3.0 Software, we analyze your posture and generate a personalized menu for your posture, chronic pain, and/or goals. You will then have access to your menu in the ePete mobile app and your email.
